01 / THE CHALLENGE

Visibility is only
the beginning.

The e-learning industry is full of people searching for answers: educators, instructional designers, HR teams and business leaders navigating increasingly complex topics.

For iSpring, the opportunity was to make those answers discoverable in Spanish. But ranking alone wouldn’t make an article worth reading. The real task was producing useful, dependable explanations that went beyond definitions, keyword placement or surface-level advice.

An article can win a click. What makes someone trust—and use—what they find?

02 / THE APPROACH

Write for search.
Think like a teacher.

My work combined search intent and editorial structure with the depth needed to make technical ideas accessible, practical and genuinely useful.

01 —

Understand
the question

Start with what readers are looking for and what they really need to accomplish.

02 —

Research
with rigor

Build a strong conceptual foundation, even when subjects are specialized or unfamiliar.

03 —

Make it
applicable

Use scenarios, comparisons, step-by-step guidance and concrete examples.

04 —

Optimize
without flattening

Align structure and language with search intent while preserving meaning and depth.

03 / SELECTED WRITING

A portfolio built
to be used.

Different subjects, one editorial principle: give the reader the information and context to put the idea into practice.

04 / MEASURABLE PERFORMANCE

800K+

organic visits over a three-year period

The iSpring collaboration generated substantial organic reach, including articles reaching leading positions on Google for industry-relevant searches. The more interesting question was what readers did with the knowledge after they arrived.

05 / THE UNEXPECTED OUTCOME

Beyond the click.
Into the bibliography.

Some of the most meaningful evidence of usefulness appeared outside iSpring’s analytics: independent academic references to the articles.

INDEPENDENT ACADEMIC REFERENCES ↗

Over time, I began finding iSpring articles cited in academic publications and university research. The content was reaching people who needed more than a quick answer: people studying, teaching, documenting and developing their own work.

These citations reveal something that analytics alone cannot capture. iSpring’s blog has grown beyond a collection of conversion-focused articles into a trusted source of eLearning knowledge, distinguished by rigorous research, accessible writing, and practical value.

Beyond strengthening iSpring’s reputation as a credible, culturally relevant voice in Spanish-speaking markets, this recognition also creates opportunities for organic backlinks, contributing to the website’s overall authority and long-term SEO performance.

06 / THE BIGGER PICTURE

SEO can connect a brand with the right audience. Research, clarity and practical value give that audience a reason to trust what it finds and to keep using it.
